Phoenix cues are superb cues, i use one myself and the feel and balance is spot on. The quality of the finish is excellent as well.
One tip though, when your in craftsman cues try the extensions and mini butts in the bottom of the cue as mine doesn't tighten up straight, it leans slightly to the right, a mates was the same. Its not the SD thread that isn't straight as thats fine, its the unique round shape of the bottom of the butt, that round shape of the butt fits into the extension where the extension has a round cup and both are supposed to meet perfectly, the round shape on my butt is slightly different on one side which means it falls to the right slightly.
