Hi jrc, I think I can explain this, only 5%of the chinese got really rich (still a large number ), so they will go for the valuable and expensive toys they like. Some people knew they will pay any price for anything without asking questions. Therefore the cue can be sold for £2000 even more in China. They can resell it soon or later anyway. Funny thing is that the cue was marked for £1000 buy it now price , it's now much more than that. So why didn't they buy it in the first day of listing.
                p.s. I'm not the 5%

Something not right about this auction .
Still trying to pot as many balls as i can !

Yeah this will most likely not amount to anything... shill bidding to drive price up?? Just strange, because ebay is pretty good at catching these kinds of things
                        Shreddin' balls :livid:

I may be wrong here, but I'm sure one of the bidders for the Will Hunt cue is the same bidder that won the recent Dan Shelton customised cue that was on ebay, so maybe some are genuine bids, any thoughts ??.

That's what i reckon as well . A collector would not have this type of cue high up on their list of priorities in my opinion .
