Couple of the Splices are a bit out but play really nice with great shafts on them. Nice oil finish and I would actually reccomend them to anyone. Always remember if buying a one piece you will end up paying approx £30 extra for import charges
I agree with maverick...I bought one of these some 6 months ago ...it came with a case and a mini ext...all for just over 50 pounds...the grain is superb and has 13 arrows going nicely down the shaft....plays lovely...the only caution is that you will get a request from customs for the import duties...although it states free delivery.

I Know i may be in for some import duties, but i have to say for the money and the way the cue plays its worth it. My only regret is that i cant get a decent extension for it, as they didnt manage to copy the omin thread!

I already bought one, unfortunately they dont fit the copies which is a shame they seem pretty good quality.

When I bought mine it didn't fit either, I sent it to Jim Evans and he discovered my butt joint was just a bit far in so the thread wasn't catching, I heated up the joint on the extension until the glue gave way, screwed it into the butt joint then glued the extension onto that so it was a tight fit, job done, maybe this could be what's wrong with yours.
