Exactly JRC and that is the sort of crap we have down here. Total knob heads and our stores are filled with crap cues who cater for bogans that want cues with whiskey stickers and labels all over them. Grrrrrrrr

So hard to get decent high end quality Cues here in Australia sadly.
If it is called " Common sense " why is it so rare???

      I dream of a 147 (but would be happy with a 100)

Sharpsnooker is the only supplier that offers higher end Snooker Cues but his range is limited as he only stocks Peradon and Phoenix.

They were probably giving them away with every bottle of rum . . .

Most likely it would play better than those cheap chinese crap with VB, XXXX and Jim Beam stickers plastered all over them!

Looks like one of the "Aussie bush cues" which used to sell models like the "twister". :snooker:

Where's the cheapest place to grab one if you are in Australia? Just buy from O'Min themselves? How much is the cheapest cue from them?

I went to their Website direct but they do not have prices or list what is in stock etc. I then sent an Email off with my intention to purchase a Cue enquiring about what is in stock , prices of these cues and cost to get to my door in Melbourne.

                        No reply as yet though.

To offer a slightly balanced perspective I recently bought a Chinese 'fake' O'Min from a very well respected and reputable seller on eBay (and here) and it is a lovely cue for the money - the quality is not in question but I appreciate many are rightfully wary of online resellers.

For reference 'my' cue cost exactly the same as a machine spliced mastercue found elsewhere at another very well respected seller

Apologies for being vague but I felt it best to avoid naming individuals - happy to share my experience and names in PM or here if it is felt ok to do so.

                            Oliver

I am a bit disappointed with Omin.

I still have not had a reply to my Email with intentions to purchase a Cue and they will not be getting my business now.
