  • What pool cue did Alex Higgins use?

He has always been my favorite player and I have always had that curiosity.
Does anyone know who he is?
I'm sorry, my English is very bad
I'm used to reading it, but not writing it.
    Thank you.

Alex Higgins had a new cue for nearly every tournament so it would have been impossible to tell what cue he was using at any given time..but nyes he did use a burwat champion cue at some time..
Not played for 3 years and itching for a game....11-3-2017.

Not sure who he was you mean as he's deceased now: he used the same Burwat Champion from a youth right up until his first world title in 1972 but then it got broken and he used a different cue or two or three or four every year after that in the vain hope of finding one like his original Champion.
It never happened, because despite playing well with certain cues, when his form dipped, as it so often did due to his lifestyle, he always blamed his cue and tried yet another.

Well saying that JP has made him a cue and your right he does say so in the interview but he does seems to play with the old one often.

I do hope that spelling mistake was legit : wink:

You can tell the old cue as the badge is a few inches up the butt than is usual.
