Name plates

Hi

Does anyone of you know a good website to order custom made nameplates? In our club we would like to fit all club cues with a name plate (text around, logo in the middle). However, I find it very difficult to find a good place to get them made! We would prefer transparant plastic ones, so they are sandable when they don't perfectly fit a cue.
