Oil finished are about as easy as it gets..
If it's not just right...you can sand and go over it with no problems.
They can just take longer to do and some do also have down falls..For that one you've always wanted...

The reputation of the Tru oil may be right or it may be over rated, giving it a go will certainly put that one to bed. The best way is to treat 2 cues side by side that's for sure, maybe I should try the 3 methods as that would be interesting!

Is http://www.thecarstuff.com/review-bo...rnauba-car-wax the sortg of stuff you are talking about?
And for Butt only? I'm going wax with my cue (Master) as I have struggled with the finish. The shaft is fine with the Craftmans Cues Finishing Wax.
Edit: Found this https://www.amazon.co.uk/CARNAUBA-Qu...7992946&sr=8-1 which is a bit cheaper.....Last edited by blahblah01; 20 June 2017, 09:09 PM.

I only use this on the butt when re-invigorating a butt, I personally never use it on the shaft.
