Matthias, Just prepped the second in a series of three that will be of similar spec.
Also testing my first two X spliced cues, straight grain extra long butterfly to choice shafts so, plenty to look-forwards to..

It’s a solid cue, stiff responsive and moves the white around the table effortlessly.

                  • is there a reason why you went for the long ferrule and not for the pigeon ring this time?

and a new club, or just an update? table looks better

Yes new club with generally better playing conditions..

These longer ferrules also have a thinner wall.
My thinking was to match these ferrules to shafts that have more give, and it works very well.
I like the elegance that it brings plus the cue moves the white with ease and it’s a reliable hit.

                      • Hi J6uk hope you're good mate, seems a very long time since you were positing videos of you playing!
Do you have any cues for sale? I have a friend looking for a cue and i'm more inclined to send him the way of real enthusiasts with a passion for it than to Peradon or cuecraft type.

                              • morning jason,

what are the "pro's" of making it like this? do they play different than a traditional splice/butt length?
or just something you liked to try bit like the very long butted russian cues
