Is it just me that the shaft looks so slim

Cheers mate . I've owned cues by Auld x 2 , glover , osborne x 2 , TW x 2 plus others that i can't remember and got to say it is a very responsive cue and up there with the best i've owned .
I was biased towards the fact that i wanted to know that the cuemaker was actually making the cue , but had a really good chat with John Parris and i'm very happy with the cue .
Still trying to pot as many balls as i can !

Hi Kevin , yes it is slim . What i like is that the weight is constant through the cue . i.e not front or back heavy .

        • Hi Neil,

As I have said before all that matters is that YOU are happy with it, I am not into this cue maker is better then that cue maker, I have seen good and bad from all of them.
By all means show my comments to John you will find that he agrees.
The flash will highlight certain things but it cant put there what is not there Neil, I attach a picture taken at a very high res. and with the flash to show you what I mean, the picture is of two UK made cues that have both been sealed and waxed, and this is how the butt surface on a well finished cue should look like. How else would you determine quality or lack off Neil???
I am sure your cue is an absolute cracker and if you are happy with it I hope you play the very best you can be with it.

          Good Luck again001.jpg

I will forward your comments to John and await his response .

At least i know it's not a fake ebay cue .

As Jayj says you can't tell by a picture . You need to see it 1st hand .

Put it this way , the ex - pro who came with me to buy it and checked it out could not fault it .

            • Hi Mike ,
Had the 1st one over 20 years ago and it was a very nice cue [ still don't know why i sold it and you never know it may have saved me a bloody large amount of money and the search for The Grail ! ] . Then bought one from a snooker player who used a Keith Auld cue and it was not very good .

Never had the pleasure of one of your cues .........yet .
