thankyou for all your posts , ive managed to find a trevor white maple cue ,ebony butt with thuya burl splice and thick maple vaneer
spec- 58" 3/4
17.5 oz
9.5mm
the only thing is im going to have to get it re-tapered as i want it for pool probably 7.5 - 8mm tip

These people who buy £500+ cues then sell them because: Change of circumstance, like playing golf more, stopped playing snooker etc. amaze me.

If you might have to sell your cue for the cash, you couldn't afford it in the first place.
If you've stopped play the game why did you shell out for the finest cues known to man you can't of liked the game that much. It's muppetry of the highest order.

If you get a posh cue it doesn't suit, fair enough sell it.
If you have a problem like Dominic or ADR and you keep needing a new cue fair enough sell em.

except the master cue was machine spliced and i have never seen that spec or design on one of johns standard cues? also the picture is very bad but i would say the badge is too large.
