    Hi There,

    Well I don't agree with you about never aiming from the center and then putting the side in the final strike as Many professional snooker and pool players use this technique and it actually releases more spin ,but it needs a lot of practice to be done properly.
    so both ways are correct ,but you should only be using one.

      HI Everybody,

      I play pool and snooker ,and to tell you the truth side shots make the game much more enetertaining and pleasurable .
      In pool ,there are many advanced very low deflection shafts that almost eliminate the deflection c0mpletely such as the Z2 shaft from predator.
      i sometimes play snooker using my pool cue with the Z2 shaft (which is 11.50mm) and can play side shots at any distance withou having to worry about deflection at all.
      i Think that the snooker industry should start developing low deflection laminated shafts to add some fun to the game.
