  • Let's try together - medium long blue

    1) Place cueball on yellow spot, blue on its own spot. Try pot the blue with dead centre, medium-hard stun pace. Try five shots. I got 2/5
    2) Place cueball on green spot, blue on its own spot. Try pot the blue with dead centre, medium pace. Try five shots. I got 4/5

I found that potting balls to left side is more difficult to right side. Interesting, but hard to find out why.

Would you to have a go?

Are you a left handed player??

I hold the Cue in my Left hand and my post success rate taking long Blues from the Green spot ( side of the table ) is much higher than shooting from the Yellow pocket side of the table for some reason!
If it is called " Common sense " why is it so rare???

Most players even at the top level have a preferred side, imo probably due to one eye being very slightly dominant. However cud also be you are flicking some left hand side on which wud be more damaging from the yellow spot side, and the most common side for a right hander to flick on.
