I have the DVD, It is a DVD on basic skills, I would say that I am higher that a beginner player though, I got it just to help me because it looked good and in fact it was good. It covers the stance, the bridge etc, a good beginners DVD, easy to understand and it will help you. But, there is no help on rest play, breakbuilding, or important shots, It is difficult to explain exactly what is on it, you could find better though, It says Volume 1 so that might be an indication of more volumes to come. Better DVDs you could get at amazon.co.uk, try those, there is not loads of DVDs for instruction around.
