  • Joe Perry to provide Q School place for Under-21 Super Series winner

JOE Perry has agreed to provide a Q School place for the winner of a brand-new Cuestars under-21 series.

Organiser John Hunter described the world number 30’s involvement as a “game changer”.

And he announced that in addition to the Q School spot for the overall champion, there will be a guaranteed £960 in prize money up for grabs in each of the three tournaments in the new year.

Well done to Joe Perry for offering this up .

Ive said it before on here but i’ll say it again , what a great job John Hunter and all those involved with the Cuestars events are doing for grass roots snooker whether it be at junior level or more senior.

It would be great to see similar initiatives up and down the country .

Nice post Tim - let's hope we see more of this! Joe obviously cares about the future of the game, hopefully others will take a stand to do more for the next generation of players off the back of this. 👏👏👏
