Can anyone recommend a publication written to help understand and interpret the WPBSA Rules of Snooker with possible examples.

In the past I got hold of the hardcopy Sussex Referees Association Explanatory Notes which were great at explaining each clause with examples if required.
Unfortunately I contacted the main man earlier this year and he said that there will no more updates.
As you may have seen the main rules committee seem to be publishing their own explanations to recent changes, these are available from the WPBSA Rules webpage.
If you give me a bit of time I may be able to get an electronic version of the last SRA information.
