Hey, Just moved to London a few months back and would love to know more about the snooker scene here? Does anyone know good clubs I could go play at?

Yet to get my cue here, so would prefer if the clubs would provide the cues too.

Pretty much every club will have cues for you to use.

There are a few clubs around there but I've not personally played in them. So I'll leave it up to those on here who may have more ideas.

Shades is okay. I've only played pool there, so don't know about the quality of the snooker tables, but the pool tables are well maintained. As a club with lots of pool tables, it does get quite noisy, so depends if you are happy with a 'sports bar' type club or want something quieter.

I haven't been in a while. I think that whole area is quite posh now because of the universities in the area. Probably all houmous and frothy coffees.

Yes no doubt Mark, there are no poor areas around London these days and just look at Borough market etc now to what that was years back!

CCTV everywhere makes a difference as well, not that i'm complaining though, horrible crime stories from the past minimised of course is for the common good.
