  • Greetings from Finland

Everyone in the forum, I salute you.
I just recently joined to TheSnookerForum after reading about it in finnish cue sports forum. I've been playing snooker for about 1,5 years and fell in love in the game the first time I tried it. Every aspect of the game is brilliant, the skills the focusing, just everything. I still haven't played on any tournament. Only with my friends. I currently have this cue

but I'm thinking of buying maybe a new one this summer.

        Hi
Snooker have become more popular in Finland last few years. There were by far most competitive tournament here last month called Finnish Snooker Challenge. Tournament included players even from main tour, Matthew Stevens, Mark Williams and Ryan Day. Mark Williams won the final(6-1) against Finlands best snooker player all time, Robin Hull. Robin is the only finnish snooker player who has played on the main tour. Unfortunetaly he retired from professional career in 2008 due to a health problem. Nice fellow thou. He still coaches sometimes.
