attachments??!

hello guys
i am fairly new and i am trying to create a new post but it wont let me add an attachment (photo). it says at the bottom "You may not post attachments" so how do i attach a photo??

Give it 30 minutes and you will be able to attach images.

There is a limit of 10 posts before you can attach images, once you make your 10th post it will take around 60 minutes before the forum software detects your 10th post and pits you into a new usergroup with more privileges which include attaching images.

lol sorry dont mean to be rude but why are you called ferret? do you go ferreting?
