  • Greetings from Vancouver, Canada

    Just wanted to introduce myself.

I started playing american pool and now would like to dabble in the realm of snooker. Overall I find the game classier and would like to learn more!

    Thanks!

Welcome Zerius. You have definitely come to the right place for a snooker education. Settle in, take your time and get familiar with the gang.

Welcome. I understand there are quite a few snooker tables in the Vancouver area and quite an active snooker scene according to the BC Association's website.

I wish I could say the same about Snooker around here
I guess if you had to Toronto there might be.

              lesedwards:

The tables (5) at Frederick Billiards in Kitchener have just been reclothed I hear but I guess that's a bit of a drive for you. But in your area I'm not aware of any tables except in the Legions. Probably the closest to you would be Hamilton/Burlington where there are a few snooker clubs. I'm not sure if there are any left in St Catharines, Welland or Brantford.

Thanks for the update. I know Hamilton still has a some snooker going on. I am thinking I should open my own club.
