Hi All,

Thank you to everyone for starting threads regarding our brand, and thank you for your kind comments regarding our website! Any other constructive comments are very welcome.

We are a new and reputable cue business and our mission is to provide the best quality service and most importantly the best cues to our customers. All cues are hand made to order in England or Thailand depending onto customers requirements. We also from time to time but used cues and have them for sale.

We are by no means world leaders or a massive company but we strive to offer a good honest service. Hence the fact I offered to personally deliver a cue to somebody who enquired on EBay. We like to meet our customers wherever possible and promote our brand.

We are a small business and we have a co-founder of the business in Glasgow and one in Teesside England. When we have stock available they are at one of the two locations.

For a handmade cue, our prices range from around £200 to £700 depending on various requirements I.e. Quality of woods used and country of manufacture. Anybody who enquires with us will be talked through a comprehensive customosation list to ensure we give the customer the exact cue they desire at the best possible price.

Thank you for that, however as 95% of our cues are made to order, we very rarely have a cue in stock unless an order is cancelled or we have some "ex testing" cues we have made to test and then put up for sale.

We however will have around 10 stock cues going on for sale in the not too distant future ranging from £120 - £450 and we are looking at a "stock" retail range of our branded cues to have ready available to go with the used ones we often buy.

120-700 is a wide range ,you better tell us different CAtegories of cues and other items based on Quality and of course prices, it's names and price range?

on the website it says you will have two ways of dealing with customers, off the peg, and custom, no point hiding your off the peg prices as you will need these in stock at all times in both places to get the sales, otherwise people will just go elsewhere as it feels like something being hidden with them not published.

and what makes you cues in the price range of trev white etc when you are new to the market???
