Terry, some of those places listed don't even have 6x12's.
The only 2 places with playable tables is Top 147 and Hi Break, there really is no "scene" for any cue sports, closest proper tournaments is Seattle for 9-ball.

I see the BC Snooker Championships put on by Snooker Canada is taking place in January in Richmond, BC. January 27/28. It doesn't mention the name of the club. Looks like the Top 147.
