          I would say electric underfloor heating. Carpet is good as it takes a good bit of echo out the room.

                  probably many but one I would say is major, only buy a table from/through someone who how knows what they are doing; they may know the table already and can dismantle it (to ensure all the pieces are there), transport it and fit it for you

                  I would contact a couple of table-fitters that are on TSF that have years upon years of experience :wink:

                  Geoff Large - he does not sell himself but many use his site to advertise (https://gclbilliards.com/).

                  Maryfield - not sure where or any website but he may come on your thread, worked for several TSF members over the years

                        Yeah double skin and plasterd all electrics is fittes in the price.i see a fee tables going for about 250 pound but gave no clue if there anygood

                          What do people think is the ideal size im planning on havong 24ft by 18. Do people think this is big enough to get some seating in as well
