Refereeing A Bit Weak

Two examples of Referees are Fallible.

Williams v Bingham at around 44 minutes, referee spots pink low so it doesn't pot. Obviously it should pot because it was potted off the spot before. You can see Mark glare at the referee. Meanwhile Virgo and Taylor have no idea what's going on.

Frame 10 Yan luck's out with 2 reds left and leaves Trump vey close to a red. Trump chips the red pushing it to the side cushion but the cue ball barely travels twice as far as the red. NOT A VERY FINE EDGE. Clearly it was a push, but not called. For the red to go that far the cue ball should have gone to the long rail and off at least 4 or 5 feet.

For the Judd Trump shot he played with a lot of bottom and right hand side. If he'd pushed it, the red would have gone further and the cue ball wouldn't have gone so high on the side cushion.

Surely this is a good example of why it's not always a good idea for a ref to stand behind the player....?
