I would just love to see him speak up against the war.
China (Xi that is) is completely backing Putin on this, officially saying the Nato and the whole West is to blame. It's grotesque.
So once again it's up to the people to turn against their erratic leaders. Ding's voice might have a chance to be heard. By some at least.
Sorry for being political, but right now anything is
The first casulaty of war is 'truth'
look up John Meirsheimer on youtube for a balanced opinion and then make up your own mind rather than listen only to the 'freedom and democracy' rhetoric spouted by the western media.
Speak up, you've got to speak up against the madness, you've got speak your mind if you dare
but don't try to get yourself elected, for if you do you'll have to cut your hair
Watching the final on Betway and noticed that Selt packed away his cue into its hard case and put it under the table for the tea break at 2 -2 . He is taking no chances with it . Wise man . Hope he holds on to Trump and not let him tear off into an unassailable lead
can anyone post roughly what trump and selt said in the interview at the end , the bet365 stream cut off just when selt started to speak , ta aka thanks.

Selt talked about the crowd support, his family bringing him bad luck (he joked that he only won 1 more frame after they showed up), and about losing it in the afternoon when he had a chance to get a better result from the session.
Trump said it was his most special maximum as it was in front of a big crowd. He said that he hadn't been good enough up to that point of the season, and stuff like that fluke wasn't happening for him before. He said he was happy just to play well for once. He also joked that he wished there were more tournaments held where there is a beach nearby, rather than the "dungeons" they usually play in.
thanks Odrl , yes selt missed a cut blue to middle in the first and second sessions , the first one almost looked like it popped out again , all adds up but trump of course is v good.
Eurosport not covering the first half of the final again ,forcing people in to getting discovery + . I’m pleased Trump played like he did ,it was good for fans in a new Country to see that level of snooker in a live match in a new tournament, topped by a 147 .Selt shouldn’t feel too bad ,he held Trump off at the start but there really wasn’t much he could do about that onslaught from Judd in the evening .
