And If I am right Dean, do the top four players from the Asian tour order of merit who have not qualified else where for the main tour get a two year Tour card along with the top 8 players from the PTC tour who are not in the top 64 after The Order of Merit is issued after the world championships, also another question, will players like Tony Drago and Liu Chuang lose thier ranking and ored of merit money earnings from the last two seasons and start on £0 at the start of the 2014/15 campaign. or will Tony Drago keep his points because he got a tour card two years ago.

well I am not 100% sure but the wording is something like any non-tour player that qualifies for the Final will get a two year ticket.
Any current two year ticket holder how fails to be in the top 64 at the end of the season losses their ticket and will continue in the Q-School and all ranking money and points are void.
