Neither was Robin Williams until he topped himself after suffering for years with depression.

It's odd that he would not attend press conferences, he's spoken about the last time this happened and it was due to him being incredibly low and having dark thoughts.

Therefore I expressed a wish that I hope he would be okay as he isn't doing this for attention as some cretins would believe.

I think people have a tendency these days to read too much into things. Everyone seems to think a shrink or 'counselling' is the answer to everything.

He's just a hot-head. He's his own-worst enemy with a temper and level of frustration he can't control. It's unfortunate, but there's millions of others like him and I think it's wrong to go saying he needs mental help.

That temper can be channeled and used more effectively and yes, he is his own worst enemy with a man of his talent.

It is a shame really because Maguire is blessed with natural talent. His cue action is immaculate and he is such a heavy potter (no pun intended :P) that he should have won more titles by now, even a world crown maybe....but the issue here is clearly mental. At 7-3 down, he got snookered and didn't even bother trying to escape properly. He just threw a missile with the white which went overboard actuallyu....like he didn't really care.

He's got serious emotional issues. I'm sure someone like Davis would be the first to give him a helping hand and a word of encouragement rather than to slam him, so there's a bit of irony in the above comment.
