Yes not too bad of a result in view of Selby's heavy scoring today. Well done Ding for keeping focused.

This is very true, but it's so very hard not to get spiteful and bitter when one of your favourite players is getting hammered by such a dullard.

Tbf Selby had it easy getting to the final (no disrespect to Milkin, Baird, Wilson & Fu) compare to Ding draws..

So 6-2 then. Good. Now there is still tension in this final.

    Don't worry I will.
I know I'm a lousy fan, I know nobody cares, just needed to express my frustrations somewhere, sorry to bother you.

Yes, I'm a hater, can't stand how he sucks out the life of his opponents.

I think drivel is unfair. I don't like the way he plays and find him a very uninspiring world number 1. It doest mean I can't comment. That slow walk back to his corner to wipe his cue before the important blue was just another example. Maybe I pick up on it more, I dunno. Granted he has far more mental strength than Ding and will walk this. I don't think he is negative per say, more somebody who thrives on breaking up games and knocking opponents off kilter. He is a perfect match player no doubt.

This does show the power of mental strength in the game doesn't it. Ding looks beat really, Selby looks like a man who knows he will win over this length and format.

Huge relief for Ding...he got rather emotional as well. You could see what it means to him. Gotta say I just love the young man...such a sweetheart he is

So final frame of this session...I think that 1st frame was the catalist, we're are all set for a huge comeback from Ding now.
