I'm pretty sure the End in thing was just before the other match restarted after Interval. There was a wider shot, and all seemed in place at the other match, but had no sound, so I'd go with Dean above.

Re-racks. It would be refreshing to hear a referee say, “No. I think you need to play a few more shots yet.” instead of immediately kowtowing to the players.
