And alarm bells going off a short while ago, Joe Swail had to play on with them still going! Quality event. Like playing snooker in Wallmart.....

Very annoying, and potentially dangerous. At that time, my eset gave it a yellow "warning" box, calling it a "deceptive" site. Now it's a red warning, and I'm locked out.

I recently learned of two sites on facebook:
              The clearer one is https://www.facebook.com/mr.snooker7/
              The other is https://www.facebook.com/snookerarsenal/

Then look for the "LIVE" label from the available choices.
*Note: from what I understand, they don't necessarilly stream every tournament, but I was able to watch all of the Player's last week.
**Note: I am not a member of FB...when I went to these links, I simply ignored the "sign in" or "create account" box.

Hope this helps, Dean and all.
              Thanks. :encouragement:

I’d rather sleep in a pig sty then have to go and play in the Gibraltar open

That’s the joy of picking and choosing tournaments.........bet there are a few players who are glad he isn’t there .

Sometimes it’s best to say nothing .
Still trying to pot as many balls as i can !

He is right though. I find the tournament depressing. Rubbish venue, rubbish format, field full of amateurs and minimal prize money. No one cares who wins it, because so little has gone into the tournament by the organisers.

I spoke to a few amateurs after last years event who went to try and qualify. Many said they would never bother going their again such was the dismal state of tables, conditions and travelling time...

                        Just saying :snooker:

I've got a friend I play with sometimes who's been there last couple of years playing in qualifier matches, he's 51 now seems to have fun there. Unlucky again this year tho losing his B07 4-3 to a Portuguese player.

I've slagged it off but I'd go if I get the chance, nice little break, might see Jimmy in the bar etc.

No need for ROS to say anything about this tournament, it serves no purpose..it's obvious it's a low level event...

I hear a few of the lads went out on the lash last night, hence two walkovers earlier on today Raaankin points though? Seems like some go there for a bit of fun, fair play to them I say.

Is this one even being televised? I cancelled my Sky subscription last month so Quest is my only hope now for these 'lesser' tournaments.

Quest only has a few of the "lesser" events, and this is not one of them
                                Eurosport is showing it.

And today is the last day for Eurosport Player annual subscription for half-price £19.99.
