    Not bad!
    Not bad at all

Don't they get some of the expenses covered? Accommodation?
    Even more per point then

    Hendy's points were so cheap

eh so predictions thread still not showing up among the newest threads, i'll forget to predict everything this way... or it's not showing up on purpose, so we would concentrate discussing 'more important' things?

    good on hendry!
stevens, eh, when will he ever rise up... player with potential until forever...

Stevens' performance was defined as a"one-day tour in Beijing" by CCTV commentator. And it's the greatest match i've ever seen Hendry played(obviously i don't see his matches much).anyway,He's such a master!

    Wouldn't mind.

The problem is if he's able to maintain his level. That was his problem already before his form dropped big time. He played one match like a god and the next he was missing sitters. Anyway, in my book, this performance made him the most intresting player of the second round.

It is. It's the lowest score ever in a televised best of nine.

You just never know in China.

Interesting match between Cao and Maflin. Cao getting some good pots in the last two frames.

According to this, 8 points equals the record in best-of-9s: http://www.cajt.pwp.blueyonder.co.uk/Records.html

A surprising development then, in what looked like the most exciting prospect of the 1st round. Hendry completes the whitewash, while the other three matches are still to reach the mid-session interval. Quite remarkably, Stevens only scored 8 points in the entire match.
