  • Congrats to John Higgins for winning it, congrats to both for the good spirit and the hard fought game to the very end. It was always to be a difficult match for both ... and it was. But good entertainment. Pity it had to be as early as the quarters but then that's the draw ...

      • It's good to see Ronnie actually trying to win matches in China.

        There was a discussion earlier this year about John Higgins being declining but this season is proving that's not true: 3rd semi final this year, making him the most consistent player with Ali.

          I think this match was a very good example how a player first of all against 'himself' and not the opponent..
