If only our fav players' victory were up to us!
I totally understand the superstition, I can't avoid it myself sometimes, but the truth is the worse player loses!

I get to miss most of the matches while I'm at work, the end of the evening session is poor consolation...

Usually the BBC have it live on their website and you can watch it through realplayer:

As there is no link on the BBC sport page they seem to have someone watching the action and typing. Sam Lyon I don't think he's a snooker fan judging from the following...

1335: Steve Davis gets back to what he does best these days - TV work - and does his little bit to utterly baffle Doherty and Williams with a piece of bizarre intro work for the BBC cameras before their official introduction into the Arena. We're moments away now, Doherty to break off...

1330: Gung-ga-ga-dung-da-da-ga-dung...bang bom bang! Ah the BBC snooker theme tune - they don't come much better! It's always amused me that one of TV's funkiest pieces of intro music is used on, well, the snooker. And Ski Sunday for that matter. Bootiful and yet weird at the same time.

Hmmmmmmmmmm - not much about the actual snooker then!

                Eurosport is streaming, as usual:
