Can it be the match duration was 1:09?
    Quick match that was.

More important than demolishing Perry is the serious warning he sent to O Sullivan for tomorrow.

Perry not messing about here. He wants this frame on the board

Perry had the interval to practice and he now looks sharp all of a sudden. Game on!

Commentator's curse. He misses the red along the cushion and Murphy is back at the table

It's a whitewash and Murphy's smug smile says it all

If Joe Perry comes back and wins this match I will streak at the World Championships

A fluked red takes the black out of commission, giving Murphy the chance to play the safety off the green

Murphy in again, looking to make the most of this opportunity. The whitewash is now looking increasingly likely

Murphy misses an easy blue into the middle. What can Perry make of this opportunity?

Perry's aim now is to avoid the dreaded whitewash. But it's Murphy with the first chance in this frame

Well done Shaun! I don't lik him but his play is solid

Murphy has been very convincing the last two days.

No but at 1-0 down but in amongst the balls it could be totally different. You never settle until you've got that first frame on the board as Virgo says.

It's been near faultless. Perry can only look on helplessly from his chair. He now trails 4-0 at the interval

Perry looks perplexed. He's been hit by a wave tonight
