So Hendry made it. A little sad for Zhang he really gave it a good try with that long red. Anyway we´ll see more of him in the coming years.

Hendry has to play the way he did in the last three frames against Selby, if he going to have a chance. I don´t think he can affort missing as many easy ball as he did tonight. A fine evening.

Why did Hendry shoot that white so hard ? I didn´t really get what he was going after ?

He was trying to split the reds and hope leaving him self on pink or some other color. It's the kind of shot that you need to be a bit lucky, very aggresive... He didn't have to do it, though. But it would've required a delicate shot to hold for the pink as graphics suggested.
