  • Refs replacing white after a miss

Just wondering if my memory is playing tricks. Back in the 80s refs seemed more confident about replacing the white in the correct position after a miss, but of late it often seems to be players telling the ref where to put it, or at least a major negotiation between them.

In the 80's the miss rule was applied rarely, only when the obvious deliberate miss was played and not de-rigeur as it is now.

I suspect it would be a bit quicker if they had a monitor near the table that Ref could actually see, rather than the Golden Shot left a bit right a bit system currently in use.

What you don't see on TV is that the score screen or a screen close to it is often changed to show the table and the before/after/overlap, sometimes you even see the ref move to the screen to get a closer look - but often they trust the marker to indicate the movement of ball required.

cách cầm cơ bida with the most professional and beautiful technique 11/29/2022 Admin 229 viewsA lot of people who are new to billiards or billiards will have an incorrect hand hold of the billiards (or cue). This is an easy mistake to make as it is not obvious to newbies. Holding the billiards right is very important as it can help you to achieve accuracy. Conversely, poor hand position or stroke can damage a player's shot.1.Effective billiards grip Both legs are shoulder-width apart. Step left foot forward if right-handed. Step right foot forward if left-handed. Align the club to your height. Keep your back straight, muscle handles perpendicular to the table and straight relative to the back leg. Bend your head close to the table to look at the marbles. 2.How to hold billiards The eye direction and the direction of the billiards master create a straight line. Before playing billiards, you must look at all the marbles on the billiard table to hit the most appropriate marble. The eye must see and determine the thick and thin point to hit the target ball. the right eye is always on the target ball 2.1 How to grip billiards

Is this one of those new things where you can ask AI to write you something about a subject?
Genuine question, as it reads like a computer has written it.

Not been here for a long while.
I do have one answer to replacing the cue ball after a foul and miss. Once the cue ball has been replaced to the satisfaction of the players and referee, why doesn't the referee, with the use of his ball marker, remove the cue ball and place a small chalk mark where the cue ball is on the table. I very much doubt that the mark will affect the trajectory of the cue ball. This would make things easier to replace the cue ball after any further f & m.

You are only the best on the day you win.
