painting the snooker cue

    Most top pros attach 2 or 3 floral bouquets to their cues in the final stages of major tournaments. I'd recommend 9 carnations (five pink and four white work best, in my experience) in one bouquet, and your choice of carnations or gerberas in the other.

    A splash of Givenchy's Amarige on the butt will also work wonders.

      maybe fitting some form of brush to clean the table as you play?

        I think you should cover it in green baize - then attach a small caster to the front. You can then play one handed and to others it will appear that the balls are moving around as if by magic.

        Could always attach an elkmaster to the end of a sabre instead? One problem is that you wouldn't be able to play very long as your thumb may fall off.

        (All said in jest of course )
