    Why not cue up as normal using a rest with your chin on the cue. The only change is your left hand is holding the rest instead of being used as a bridge.

    I've been doing this on and off for 30 years, it seems natural to me, your poor hand will be in the same position.

        No, but he did win one with a fractured elbow. Fell in the bathroom or something like that.
