cue worth buying?

Not sure about cue creator. I think they were made by McDermot, but aren't any longer, so can't really comment. Peradon make good cues, but you can get a better Thai cue for similar money. That website you link to mentions Phoenix cues, which are decent amd may give you more bang for your buck. Other Thai cue makers, Master Cue, Maximus, Ton Praram, are all decent.
