    ROUND ONE HUNDRED AND FOURTEEN

When was the last time a player withdrew from a quarter-final of a ranking tournament (NOT, as Ronnie did, midway through but by pulling out before the start of the match, having won the previous match)?

    And the one before that?

First answer with both correct wins the point. I want the player's name and the tournament (year and title), and for no bonus points at all, the opponent who gained a semi-final spot from his withdrawal.

Which was the last ranking event in which all four semi-finalists had won the World Championship (at the time – NOT future world champions)?

    LG Cup 2003?
    John Higgins v John Parrott
Mark J Williams v Ken Doherty

And which was the last ranking event in which none of the semi-finalists was a World Champion (again, at the time)?

    Grand prix 2006
    Neil Robertson v Alan McManus
    Jamie Cope v Mark King

    ROUND ONE HUNDRED AND THIRTEEN

Today's and tomorrow's UK semi-finals feature four World Champions.

Which was the last ranking event in which all four semi-finalists had won the World Championship (at the time – NOT future world champions)?

And which was the last ranking event in which none of the semi-finalists was a World Champion (again, at the time)?

First response with both answers correct will win the point.

    Congratulations chasmmi and Ginger Freak.

The billiards player potted and went in-off red (6 points) and the snooker player, on pink, hit red first and pocketed both the red and the white (foul 6).

Alternatively, using yellow as billiards cue-ball, in billiards the player hits red then yellow and pots yellow (4 points) and the same scenario occurs in snooker (foul 4).

So here is the scoreboard after round 112:

    ..1 . . . . . . . . . 20½. . . . . . . snookersfun

    Sorry, didn't read the question.

Ok, at billiards, player plays a cannon and then knocks in his opponents white = 4 points.

The same stroke in snooker would be a 4 point foul as using two whites is cheating!!
