    ROUND SIXTY-ONE

    Anyone?

What is the lowest highest break in a Crucible match, of a player who won that match?

You will get no extra points but lots of appreciation if you also say who it was, who his opponent was and in which year.[/QUOTE]

I'll go for Murdo MacLeod with a 66 break. Don't know the opponent though.

Congratulations DGE, the correct answer is indeed Pakistan.

Pakistan's most well-known representative is Shokat Ali. The other five in no particular order but, by coincidence, alphabetically are Mohammed Azim, Zulfiqar Cheema, Farhan Mirza, Saleh Muhammed and Imran Puri.

I've heard it's a bit dull and dreary in general but there is the occasional flash of brightness.

Conditions known for their consistancy but recently have been getting worse and worse.

Thanks Cessy. I think (or at least hope) it's the correct answer too, but Mitsuko has disappeared! I think I am scoring my first century with this post though.

(and I hope it wasn't in the Netherlands - otherwise hopefully you would know that it's not in Asia)
