Stephen Hendry is in play against Dave Harold and, having come to the table 15 points behind, is currently on a break of 29 as he gets down to play the last red, which he has snookered himself on but with a straightforward escape. He completely misjudges the path and fails to hit the red. The cue-ball strikes the green, which in turn hits both pink and red, and all three of those balls enter a pocket. The cue-ball comes to rest touching both brown and blue, although he doesn't leave any possibility of a free ball.

No balls are involved in the shot with the exception of those I have mentioned.
