  • New title for this forum needed?

Is it time now to rename this forum?
I doubt if anyone new would know what it means.

A title that does what it says on the tin might help.

May I suggest Women's Snooker and Billiards?

This forum group is titled 'WLBSA' which is the old World Ladies Billiards & Snooker Association, which has now morphed into WWS (World Women's Snooker), hence Michael's suggestion of a change of name for the forum group.

Ahh i thought he was talking about the "forum" as a whole, ie re-naming "the snooker forum" .....

The WLBSA (World Ladies Billiards and Snooker Association) doesn't exist now.
Women's snooker is now run by the WWS (World Women's Snooker) which is part of the WPBSA - but I don't know who, if anyone, is running any world women's billiards.

This forum, being called WLBSA, might be better as "Women's Snooker and Billiards". Just a suggestion to help the casual viewer know what the forum is about.

Yes, I did think about it, but as the site has a list of "Forums", that's the term I used. sorry for the confusion.

It certainly is little used as it is.

What are the various sections of a forum called? Is it sub-forum?
"Kryten, isn't it round about this time of year that your head goes back to the lab for retuning?"
