Tournaments-Can anyone run one?

I was just wondering if anyone can start tournaments as I fancy running one but dunno how

No you can not, they are set up by either me or Robert and we decide the length of one depending on the game we choose.

We also decide if the game stays in the arcade or is removed form the arcade at the end of the tournament.
