agree 100 percent. you pay more, but you get much better quality!

Don't need to buy the 1G one's, normal TC's are more than good enough

Well, i have the 1G one's !!!! plays just perfect!!! but this is the first time I see this !!
If they have the same playability,, then I have paid too much.
I bought them for 130 pounds!!! Without aluminium case!!
                Anyway, thx for the tip!!!

I keep mine in the box they come in and then place the box inside a laptop bag to carry with me

Sorry there TC's not the premiers. I'm going to stick a load of stuff on Panjo this weekend, fed up of giving money to ebay! But haven't got a clue what to price half of it at, Martin Jones case, GBL leather case signed by a few players, Jawes 3/4 cue, set of snooker plus balls, 360 training cue, Joe Davis club cue and a partridge in a pear tree!lol
No one is listening until you make a mistake!

Well the 1g sets should get cheaper soon. I spoke to paul collier about the ball sets they were using at the champion of champions a couple of months ago as they appeared to be just TC's. He said that aramith are no longer making the ali cases and are shipping WS the 1g balls in the TC box with a 1g sticker on.

World snooker and all governing bodies get the sets in the boxes due to they have been selling them under the costs charged to suppliers.
PERADON is the sole disrltributor in the UK for them and the change was made quite a while ago. The cases are still used in retail and there's no plan to stop them at all.

Yep that's how I do it, you don't need an aluminium case just to carry some balls from the car to a snooker table.
This is how you play darts ,MVG two nines in the same match!

Plus the front pouch on the laptop bag holds the ball cleaner , cloth , chalk pouch etc

How many people have their own balls but no table? This is the first time I have heard of this, must have led a sheltered life! Now I know I'll be looking out for a set.
