If this chalk has the same diameter as Predator chalk, then you can use one of those. It fits .
I have seen them both , but not sure tbh. you may wanna check the diam.

I use leather pouche tbh, alot cheaper.
But if you're not a fan of leather pouches, than this may be the way to go.
A m8 of mine using it for predator chalk. But never traid it with Taom Chalk.

I like the way the photos in that listing show you how to put it on, it does seem very complicated. Also seems to be a good way to get the end of your cue covered in chalk.
