Unbadged James Butters cues, why so cheap?

Well it arrived today, and i still can't understand why he sells them so cheap?
It's an absolute cracker, not the best chevrons, but really nice straight side grain and his splicing is spot on!
I think the reason this one was cheap is it was described as used, but by the look of it they can't have done more than bed the tip in, definately a keeper!

Almost every cue he makes he describes as used as he is a fair snooker player and tries them out before selling.

joolsbrorunner, yeah as far as i know only sells on ebay, and you cannot order a cue, you can just buy whatever he makes
