    The owner of the company has got back to me and offered a full refund, and I may exchange the cue if there is one in my specs.

    Fair play, mistakes happen and he apologised. I guess I went on a bit of a rant earlier, maybe a bit premature before hearing from the owner.

    To be fair it's a nice looking cue, and if it was the right bp then I would probably keep it. Ok, the splicing may not be up to JP, TW etc. standard but for the money it's decent.
