cheers, iv put that cue on the finishing rack for now.. and heres one of the next possible butterflys that could be finished for xmas, a 22" spliced ebony & maple.

This maple is clean !! may i ask how is the density ?

Do you have more of this maple wood ?
Any chance to keep a nice piece of that maple for me ?

Not many people would have seen the potential in that old cue. It turns out it had some great qualities but not engineered as good as they should have been. Looking sweet now though, look forward to seeing the finishing touches Jason.

a few pics to show how way out the points were on this powerglide. will hope to improve on that over the weekend.

the badge popped off while digging out the weight. the lead will be remolded, rose wood recycled as a front splice, and i may calve the badge back as a one off. not sure

is that about 2oz of extra weight?

it should turn out quite nice,and not sure about the weight yet though i think it will turn out around 17oz

How are the "PRO" cues coming along? (looking forward to the reviews)
