    cue reconstruction

i took all the lumps and bumps out of this vintage power glide and got it on the table, specs were 58.25/9.7/30.5/15.5bp/16oz.
after a few shots i thought the shaft was decent but the cues response was held back by it being too back heavy.
i believe i can help to make it play much better, so decided to operate and take it under the blade..

That would be nice indeed .

Makes no diff to playability of the cue though !!

It's kind of signature from the cue maker !!

I'm waiting to view some Maple wood bcuz that's what snooker is about ( for Maple lovers Community , of cours ) !!

im making two of my stiffest and heaviest shafts that can get to the weight comfortably. the last cue i dont think will be in play as it wont make the weight and flex that i think hes after.
will have the next one spliced later today..

very nice! splice work doesn't get much better than that I think.

are you making several cues for the "mystery pro " so he can pick the one he likes best?

    looking forward to the review

Nice splices J, very even and crisp.

Obviously your set up is starting to pay dividends.

crafty i feel im getting closer to where i wanna be, in the way i work and the results, with each cue i make. and the quality of the pics is thanks to an old ipad handed down from big sis so, things are felling into place nicely.
