Below are three vintage billiard cues. 140cm, and I believe all could be converted into fine English 8ball cues.
Please comment if this is of interest for the coming season, or your a player/ experience with 8ball cues..

I have worked on it, cutting out all the old imperfections, up to where it’s now ready for reconstruction.

                      • Cue below is under reconstruction, to maximize
its potential for modern playing conditions..

                        • Here is the second of the two I’m bringing along together..
The weight was in the wrong position and terribly offset, and for such a good shaft it was worth the effort to remaster

                          • Great work Jason, most of those old machine spliced cues are weighted terribly aren't they, just a slug of metal bar drilled into the end, most not even central and no thought of balance at all, just get them above 14 oz's and roll them out. One wonders how much better the old timers could have been with the choice to have something decent in their hands.
Speak up, you've got to speak up against the madness, you've got speak your mind if you dare
but don't try to get yourself elected, for if you do you'll have to cut your hair
